It's all for the wedding

I happen to be one of those people who is comfortable with life. It's a good thing most of the time, but sometimes it tends to hold me back, or helps give me excuses as to why I don't need to do something.

Last night, I was getting ready for bed and I was looking at my toothbrush and I thought "man, it would be so easy to just skip brushing my teeth tonight." Then that little angel that lives on your shoulder {if you've seen The Emperor's New Groove you know what I'm talking about} told me "Bekah, don't you want to have pretty white teeth for your wedding?" I realized I did, and I got out the toothpaste and committed myself to two solid minutes of dental hygiene.

The same thing happens anytime I think about working out. I hate getting ready to go work out {or really do anything}, but once I'm there I have no problem actually working out. Jason and I decided that we would start doing Ab Ripper X {it's part of the P90X workout program}, in order to get in shape for the wedding, and life in general. It's only fifteen minutes long, but still I had to remind myself why I was doing it.

It's all for the wedding.

Featured shoes: Tall Black Boots
Why I love 'em: They are TALL {Jason always comments that I'm a lot taller whenever I wear them}. When I bought these boots I wasn't dating Jason, and I told my roommate, "These are the boots that are going to make Jason forget there are other girls." It worked {I love winning!}. Did I mention how sexy they are?
